How to live healthy lifestyle ?

 Things which you can follow and your health will be benefited :

  1. Breath: Yes, It sounds silly but yet breathing is something which we all are doing wrong. First you should never breath through your mouth because our nose is a type of filter which filters the air and then it converts O2(Oxigen) into NO2(Nitrogen) .So it’s important to breath through your nose, even if you are sleeping you should breath through your nose always.Breathing through your mouth will create a lot of health problems like digestion lungs problems.
  2. Body posture: You heard it right, good body posture is as important as everything in your life. Good and straight spine will help you to have a healthy body.
  3. Drinking water: Drink at least 2.5 litrs of water everyday. Do not drink more that 3 litrs of water at a time. I can describe it as drink 8 glass of water everyday.One thing you should keep in mind that you should drink water at morning before brushing your teeth. Our morning saliva contains anti bactorial properties. Do not drink water 1 hour before meal and after meal. After eating fruits do not drink water for some times.
  4. Bath: You should take bath when you are feeling down or your energy levels are low. Bath will relax your mind and body. Slighly hot water is okay but extremely hot and cold water is not good for you. You should not take bath after eating anything because when we bath our body temperature changes through the body and to digest food our body increases heat in our stomach.
  5. Eat healthy: Do not abuse your body by having unhealthy foods. Eat healthy and improve your body and mind. Everyone knows John Abraham right? It’s been 22 years he never had a cheat meal. He is healthy and fit.
  6. Excercise: Yes, excercise will help you to improve your health instantly. You do not need to go to the gym. You can go for a short run if you are young and you can go for walk if you are old.Ever heard of Leonardo da vinci the famous painting Mona Lisa yes, He made it. He was not only a painter he was a scientist. He was strong mentally as well as physically. He had a great body. Our mind and body are the two ways of our good health.
  7. Pubg and tv shows: Yes if you not a professional then you should stop playing pubg and you should also stop watching tv shows which promotes hate and violence(Ex: BiggBoss). You should watch funny shows and your body will create more blood. Your health will improve.But watching negative show and your mind will be negative.
  8. Brush: Brush at night. Yes, brushing at night is most important. We brush at morning to feel fresh and brushing at night will protect you from many virus of infection. Many heart and different kind of problems spread through our mouth. If your mouth is clean your body is clean.
