Dealing With Depression.......
Hi friends, we know the whole world is driven through the tough situation & many of us feeling depressed ,so today's topic is.....
It simply means overthinking. You may be said that 'overthink' leads to the success ,yes it can but only in few cases.
[I'm not going to give a full essay on it ,but few thoughts that may be you never know and changed you.]
Problem:-
A lot of people don't know how to deal with their problems, and they end up thinking how they can escape their life problems by ending their life. It is a very horrifying & sad decision to take in life , especially if you are someone who knows you are perfect man.
The people will always judge you, & they would try to find something against you rather than something positive towards you. Judgment is something hurtful, especially when people treat you in wrong(negative) ways , which makes you become a nagative person instead if you are a pure hearted person.
Coming to the point, thinking more ,you'll start to create problems which don't exist. This occurs when you care about something or someone more than you should ,for example a person ,if you care about someone extremely to much , you will start to have bad thoughts eventually.
Solution:-
Let me tell you something about this life...
In this life ,people will judge you & majority of people don't like to see you above them, especially one who does not know you well, you just need to believe yourself and prove them wrong. Don't given up your life goals and don't give up on showing love and respect to the world. You meet a lot of people who will affect you in life & will ultimetly make it harder for you to open up to people but try to avoid that. Always believe that there be a good people in life that fit you exactly ,even if you are different.
Life & Goal:-
Be careful and focus on what you really wants. If you want to go to heaven (may be) , strive for it , just like you struggling for getting an A+ in an exam. Life is not a joke, life is the biggest test of these small ones that you passed. Plan your future, plan your will, don't be afraid , because death will come upon all of us , we all die whether you like or you don't.
Everyone has their own kind of feelings in life. Some problems that are not depression , but other problems of interaction related to depression.
Reality:-
Sometimes in life we all need someone there for us to understand us & especially someone who we highly and prestigeous value in our life , but sometime that person is not available & we have to just have to accept who we have around us ?Yes, and that is right way .You have to explore your thoughts with anyone,may be that person is not very likely to you.Open your closed box of thoughts & empty your mind.

Primary Symptoms of depression:-
- Getting angry over small things.
- Not realizing that you are sad.
- Staying away from friends & feeling alone.
- Excessive sleep or insomnia.
- Constant thinking about bad thoughts.
- Feeling like anonymous fear in the mind & crying for no reason.
- Lack of interest in any work, loss of concentration.
Precautions:-
- From my experience, I see walking long distance helps to reduce the amount of depression.
- Note a list of your task in a day and follow that routine time to time that will help you to reduce depression.
- Another way is ,use coloring books i.e. art helps you to release depression .Whenever you get time utilize it to make some art factory.
- Push your past away & live in the present.Utilize your present time to stay happy.
- Sharing your thoughts to someone.May be that thoughts create your history.
- Stay positive always & continue read the books.
The thing that leads you to
the death is not life,
But life is that which forces you to
live that life.
